1. Customer Pickup Cancellation
- Customers can cancel or reschedule their doorstep pickup request 100% free of charge at any time before executive dispatch.

2. Company Cancellation Terms
LIOS LAB PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or defer a pickup request in case of:
- Unserviceable location / pin codes or inaccessible entry routes.
- Presence of prohibited, hazardous, toxic, or dangerous materials.
- Severe weather disruptions, natural calamities, or force majeure events.
Zero Penalty Refusal: All scrap items are weighed in front of you. If you are unsatisfied with the measured weight or rate evaluation prior to accepting payout, you may decline the transaction on the spot with zero cancellation fee.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Disbursement Errors
In cases where an accidental duplicate digital transfer, transaction failure, or online adjustment error occurs:
- Report the transaction reference and details to abondhu.lios@gmail.com or phone helpline +91 9181330755.
- Verified refund claims are initiated within 24 to 48 hours of verification.
- Refunds are credited back to the customer's original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
