Welcome to A Bondhu, operated and owned by LIOS LAB PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or utilizing our doorstep scrap pickup services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

A Bondhu provides doorstep recyclable scrap evaluation, ISO-certified digital scale weighing, collection, and instant payment disbursement services for residential, institutional, and commercial users across authorized service regions in India.

2. Pickup Scheduling & Scrap Evaluation

Users must provide accurate details including full name, phone number, address, and category selection when requesting doorstep collection.
All scrap materials are measured live in front of the customer using calibrated digital hanging scales prior to issuing payment.
Rate estimates generated on the website calculator are indicative; final payout amounts are determined by the verified weight and prevailing rate at pickup time.

3. Prohibited Materials & Goods

LIOS LAB PRIVATE LIMITED strictly prohibits the submission of:

Hazardous, explosive, corrosive, radioactive, or bio-medical waste.
Stolen property or items restricted under municipal/Indian statutory law.
Liquids, flammable gas cylinders, or pressure vessels.

4. Payouts & Payments

Payouts are transferred immediately upon weight confirmation via Instant UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or Cash. Digital confirmation receipts are sent upon completion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, and visual elements displayed on A Bondhu belong exclusively to LIOS LAB PRIVATE LIMITED. Reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Assam, India.
