• Upon booking a doorstep pickup on our website or helpline, a customer service representative confirms your slot within 2 to 4 hours.
• Standard doorstep scrap collection is completed within 24 to 48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Same-day priority collection is available in Jorhat metro pin codes for commercial scrap volumes over 25 kg.

2. Service Operating Coverage

We currently offer doorstep pickup services across Jorhat, Assam, and expanding urban centers across Northeast India. Pincode eligibility can be verified during booking.

3. Executive Verification & Standards

• All collection executives dispatched by LIOS LAB PRIVATE LIMITED carry official photo identity badges and wear company uniforms.
• Executives carry calibrated ISO-certified digital hanging scales to conduct transparent doorstep weighing in your presence.

4. Customer Premises Access

Customers must provide reasonable entry access for our pickup executives and collection vehicles. Should there be access restrictions or parking limitations, please inform our team when confirming your slot.
